CBT
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
Examines the link between thoughts, feelings and behaviour, and gives you practical tools to notice and shift the patterns that keep difficulties going.
Telehealth Psychology · Australia-wide
Quality psychological care delivered entirely by telehealth. Wherever you are in Australia, support fits around your day rather than the other way round.
Our commitment
CBT
Examines the link between thoughts, feelings and behaviour, and gives you practical tools to notice and shift the patterns that keep difficulties going.
ACT
Builds psychological flexibility, making room for difficult thoughts and feelings while taking committed action towards the things that matter to you.
MI
A collaborative, non-judgemental way of strengthening your own motivation for change, at your pace and on your terms.
TF-CBT
A first-line treatment for post-traumatic stress. With an emphasis on graded exposure, we approach difficult memories and avoided situations step by step, at a pace you set.
PSE
Understanding pain changes pain. Learning how your nervous system produces it reduces its threat, helping you better manage chronic pain and return to the things that matter.
Our philosophy
“Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being.”
Sessions look beyond symptoms alone. A holistic approach takes your physical, mental and social well-being seriously, together.
About
Psychologist
I strive to provide an evidence-based approach for all of my clients, and I’m passionate about teaching a holistic approach to mental health.
My work is client-centred. Rather than positioning therapy as something you’ll depend on indefinitely, I focus on building your confidence and independence, so you leave with skills you can use to manage your own well-being long after our sessions end.
I also provide trauma therapy, with an emphasis on graded exposure work, and I’m confident in the psychological management of chronic pain.
Away from work you’ll find me out with my two border collies, at the gym, gaming, or halfway through yet another project around the house.
